Lightbulb Clip broke on my gas door anyway to fix it w/o buying a new door?

Hey guys I just got my gas tank door back from the shop and they were not able to fix it. The clip on the gas door itself that lockes the door in broke off and is MIA. Has anyone had this problem before or know how to do a quick fix w/o having to go buy a new gas door?

It's plastic. Ain't no way to fix it reliably. Buy a new door and have them paint it to match. If they broke it then it's on them and should have been fixed before the bill was paid and your car was picked up. If the bill is already paid and you have your car back then it's all on you now.
