Its 20.6 from dead empty... I put in like 19.8 or whatever when I drained the tank... But the light kicks on with plenty of fuel left in it.

Yup it is about 20, I am always afraid pumping gas from E to F.. That like being rape right there with the gas prices especially pumping premium.
