Default Trade my SC400?

Somebody offered me a trade last night; his '02 Grand Cherokee with 150k on it for my '93 Lexus SC400 with 190k.
Both vehicles have minor interior issues:

his - no dome lights.
Mine- replaced instrument panel, no rear defrost.
his, no trunk open.
mine, stuck O2 sensor.

should I make this trade? I'm leaning toward yes.

I'm in WI. Winter is very near. The SC is my daily driver. I have 3 kids .

however, the wife has a minivan.

As much as I absolutely LOVE MY SC, I think, i ready to part ways and move on to something bigger.

your better off selling your sc cash and buying a more suitable family car.

Yea but KBB is retarded, Edmunds has the Jeep at 2700 and the SC at 1700...which is much more realistic. KBB is based of asking prices, Edmunds is based of Sold prices....

we compared BB values last night. I'd have to say they are within $500 of each other, after entering options and mileage and conditions.

I think i'd be getting the better end of the deal, but 2nd (and 3rd and 4th and 5th) opinions are always welcome and helpful.

Meanwhile, I found another SC4 on CL for $2500 in better shape than mine. I really love the SC.
more room would be nice though.

That Jeep will start to really fall apart after 150,000 miles, especially in WI! The SC will last for 400,000.

You will spend thousands of dollars fixing that Jeep. If you need a truck, sell the SC and buy a 4-Runner. Stick with Toyota.
