Yeah or you can piece together an ENTIRE kit including new clutch, injectors, fuel pump, etc. on ebay for about the same price or even a little less

Driftmotion sells great parts ive used them several times.Honestly you might piece the kit together for 800-900 and its biggest drawback is the cheap wastegate.Other than that it looks good.

It's a great kit and $1600 isn't bad for a kit. Sure you can piece one together, but used parts are used parts. I have pieced a kit together for my old eclipse and it ran and ran. Now i would rather not hassle with it. Compared to turbonetics, boostlogic manic tech racing, this is a decent price. I would spend the money to get a tial waste gate though.

my kit i put in...
ebay maifold n DP (suprised it fit ok!) ~200
hks bov new 150
precision 46mm wastegate (cut the ebay flange off welded on new one) 270
ic piping kit ebay 75$
good silicone couplers 50-65$
K&N filter 40$
treadstone IC 270$

so thats like a bit over 1k minus the turbo but with an IC and a reliable WG and a hks bov...

i went with a BW S362

yeah i would spend the extra money and get some of the name brand pieces like Turbo and WG, just in case.... i wouldnt want my wg to fail and overboost or my cheap turbo to start leaking right away or blow up lol

i plan on doing it on a 1 or 2J . . . .

the NA-Ts still look pretty clean though, is there a way to switch that manifold to where the manifold sits in the font of the engine?
