Default First time buying rims; need CL's help.

Hey guys, so after a sucessful carPC install and some maintenance done to the car its time for rims! My tires are completely bald so I figured its a good time to upgrade..
Anyways, here are the two sets I'm interested in:

1) JDM Advan Sienna Gen 2 (the 18" Gold ones)
http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/va...176165557.html
These are being sold locally which is nice because I can take a look at them and dont have to worry about shipping or anything. My question for you guys is, how is the offset? Will it fit the SC nicely? I obviously want as close to flush as possible, but with no fender mods. I know the rims are rare, but is $2k a tad too high?

2) Work Gnosis GS1
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/whe...41-o-disk.html
These are being sold here on CL for $1650. A lot more within my price range. I'm just concerned with the fitment. These are a lot bigger than the Advans. Will they fit the SC without fender mods?

I plan on lowering the car on BC BR's soon after purchasing the rims. No pre-planned ride height yet, the ride height will depend on what the wheels will allow.

Thanks guys! Hoping to buy by next week if everything works out..

Because I'm looking for new tiers more than anything, I cant justify buying rims with low tire tread. The Advans seem to have a bit more tread, but am I prepared to pay that much more for them?
More importantly, will the Works even actually FIT the SC???

work gets my vote, the offsets allow you to mess with more tire sizes and spacers if needed

Guess I'll keep looking.

Advans are 18x8 & 18x9. Offests are 38mmF, 45mmR. Good size for SC? I'm thinking no fender mods will be needed with that..?

^ well, ya I'm gonna be dropping it for sure.
The works are sold now anyways. I'm gonna take a look at the Advans in the next few days. I've also got a WTB thread in the wheels & tires classifieds, hopefully I can find something good!
