Default its nothing new, but i need help.. lol

so ive searched this issue for a month and now the problem is back! brief history, my car is 92 sc3 and its having a starting issue where there is full power from the battery but when i go to start, the starter will not even try to turn over. so i brought it to the shop where they installed my ignition switch so they could check it out, but they were not getting any further than i was and they are not my usual shop so i got my car back and replaced the battery and terminals and it has started fine for a month now but i go to the gas station on lunch break and come out to find she will not start.. theres full power but when i turn the key nothing.. so we pushed my car into a parking spot and i sat inside trying to start it for ten minutes and then it finally cranked but took 30 seconds brfore it fire up.. could this be a connection on the starter, or maybe the ignition switch acting up??or maybe a bad ecu? im going to jack the car up this weekend and take peek under and clean up some wires but im clueless as of now..
please help

sounds like a ecu or faulty wiring.... have you ever messed with the ignition?

Hmm, just a guess, but you may want to check and clean the battery terminal/posts.
I've had a car do nothing at all as far as turning over from the starter, with a good
battery and it was fine after cleaning the terminals/posts. Lucky I still had the cleaner
tool handy.

sounds like a starter on the way out to me. If you can get your hands on a DVOM (Digital Volt Ohm Meter) put the red lead to the "s" terminal on the starter and the black wire to any ground. Have someone try to start it while you look at the meter. make sure you have 12 volts while cranking. If so your starter is on it's last leg
