ok guys so i just finished everything up and went to drive it. For some reason the tranny wont shift out of low gear. Its a stock auto from the SC. Worked fine before. Shifts in to reverse, neutral, park, and drive but when in drive it wont shift to 2nd and so on. Also i notice my key wont come out of the ignition unless i push with some force on the shifter up. Other wise i have to unplug the battery and the key will then come out. So please help guys my car is up on stands. do i need to adjust the linkage or something? if so how.

Update: i noticed a plug near the tail end of the tranny has liek a purplish and pinkish 2 wire slug, its not connected to anythign but i dont see anything to connect i to. But i have researched an dim thinking thats what controls the upshifting on the transmission. Please help guys.

Car is a 92 sc300 with 1jz chaser, soarer harness sone by tweak, chaser ecu. oh yea and my speedo works just fine.
