It really varies. I'm assuming you want the ones from 06-08 like in my signature.

A set of chrome 06-08 IS wheels in mint condition usually goes for $600-$900.

A set of the silver (which is the most common) can run from $500 to $800 depending on condition and if they have tires.

A set of the gunmetal 08 IS wheels (which are uncommon like the chrome wheels) can go from $500-$800 depending on tires and the condition of the wheels.

If you're interested in a set of cheap set of IS wheels and you want to drive to Oklahoma City, I'll sell you mine pretty cheap.

I would not buy them from a dealer, look in the wheels classified here and you can probably get a set of 4 maybe even with tires for under 1k easy, probably even around the $800 or less range.

Good advice! The classifieds are your best bet. That's how I got mine with two sets of rear tires.

If you can find a set locally on Craigslist or something, they're really cheap too. I used to see the chrome and silver ones go for under $500 with good tire all the time in Dallas.

Kira's prices are a bit on the high side. I spent $350 on a set of 4 around 2+ years ago when they were much newer. Just check craigslist or the classifieds and you can get a set for cheap.
