sc400 mod cecommendations
Hey friends im looking to do a few things to this Sc400 i just picked up . Anyone know any not to expensive power adders to put on this car?

Use the search button... Its covered a million times plus one.
But doing a BFI, big freaking intake has shown to improve performance, delete all of the cats, and use a x-pipe, and deleting the stock mufflers with something like blitz, magnaflow, etc.
For maxium performance, just drop in a 1JZ or 2JZ, and call it the day. It depends on how deep your pockets are.

. Thats the best mod you can do as far as HP without doing boost.

Pullies havent been much talk on here for the 400. I would just stick with the two mods above. If not enough, time to pull the motor.....

Oh yeah, maybe change out the stock trans foe one out of the 300. Must buy adapter plate and clutch kit. Been done several times on here. Just search. Redphoenix has done it recently with plenty of pictures and instructions. You will gain some torque back from the loss of the drivetrain.

I also own an sc300 as well but im trying to take my time with it and do the full na-t swap . The 400 is something i have never owned before so im right now im trying to make it look good as well as get out of its own way . I think ill do the trans swap and stick with the bfi and the exhaust ect.. maybe even engine cheap engine management
