I’m hoping to get my four channel amp and new steering wheel installed today. My factory amp and speakers still works but one of my speakers keeps popping and cutting out from time to time.

Drove mine up PCH, across Malibu Canyon Road (glad it was open) and back home, to recharge the nearly dead battery.

My friend at work helped me run a 0 gauge power and ground cable in my SC. We found out that my moon roof drain came out and that my trunk is full of water near my factory amplifier. He fixed the drain but I still need to get that water out. It’s a miracle the amp or my old 4 gauge wiring didn’t fall into that water. Prior to this I have never seen 0 gauge wiring before and it blew me away how much larger it was than my Rockford Fosgate 4 gauge wiring.

The next challenge is running my 6 channel RCA cable and remote turn on wire. We still need to run the speaker wire too.

I’ve heard of it happening but I didn’t know that area could rust. I need to clean it up.

I drove it in the snow. I was pretty nervous since I have summer tires and I tend to get sideways in the rain.
