What do you think about your BC's?
Personally, I'd steer clear of TEIN... Not because they are bad, but I had problem getting TEIN to admit to their own shortcomings...

Background: I bought my car not directly from one of ClubLexus member, it came with TEIN Premium Spec Comfort Cruising Sport Masters... one day as I was going over a speed bump in my condo's parkade I heard a THUNK.... only to see my car was sitting VERY low...

Turns out that the bracket sheared clean off the coilovers...

To say the least, it was a defective weld ... sent the pictures of it to TEIN.... wouldn't budge... wouldn't even offer me a discount for a rebuild...
I ended up contacting FIGS Engineering and ordered a set of BC Racing BR series, no complaints since...

To be honest, This wasn't the only time FIGS Engineering has bailed me out of a tight spot... shout out to FIGS Engineering ( if you see this, send me some stickers... I'd be happy to slap it everywhere on my baby)

I've never seen a coilover come apart like that. That's scary^^^

How slammed was it and how hard did you hit the speed bump? I guess with a hard enough impact anything can happen.

It was in the underground parking lot... I couldn't be doing more than 10km/h...
How slammed? not very... here's how it looked before

That is a defective weld. Welding process literally melts multiple metal pieces together to make them one to the molecular level. It looks like it didn't even stick.

I went to the junkyard and found some headlights. I got them polished and sealed.

i plan to send them out to Organized Garage Status when I get some money.

Got my rack and pinion changed out for a rebuilt unit, 5 hours of my labor seemed not too horrible. Dropped the car off this morning for a fresh alignment.
