BIG BRAKES are looking GREAT!!! I just found a pair from a 98 donor. Going to pick up around 12:00 for $80. Then take them back to the house for preping.
My SC is black on black. Any suggestions on what color I should use to paint them?

after looking at them and comparing to the extra rack I have sitting here, one of them is bent differently than the other, I don’t know if it matters, but I was hoping it’s the same exact piece, I’ll try to take a pic for comparison later, where did you get your. Aftermarket rod ends If you don’t mind me asking?
Thanks!!

I bought moog ones from amazon. The part numbers are all in my build thread if you want to look it up. I didn't see any advantage in running an aftermarket tie rod end like battle version. Although, I am considering the figs engineering ones that has spacers to level out the rack on a lowered car.

I see what you mean now, the tie rod end on the top of your picture looks different. I took a picture of my tie rod ends this morning for you to compare.

In both photos, the moog ones are the closer ones and the oem ones are in the background.

I think the LS400 BBK caliper color is purely a personal choice and whatever you go with will be fantastic. Not sure if you have thought about it but here is a link for a vendor that provides decals... (rounded or straight...this the link direct to the straight versions - with several colors to select from depending on your main color...).

I finally got an alignment done on my SC. I'm waiting to hear back from my guy on how bad it was before. It's been over seven years since I've last gotten one.
