Thanks guys, the fronts are 245 35 20/ rears 275 35 20 I'm in North Jersey, Newark area. Once I tweak a few more things my poor neglected 400 in the back is going for its 25th year make over. ( had her since 2001)

found out that the new tail leds needed resistors. so ordered can-bus leds instead. rather pay the $ for new ones that have a massive collection of resistors back there.
so the new LEDs didn't work (that's what i found out today). when i have more than 1 installed the icon comes on the dash. is it possible that a single resistor will load all 4 rear running lamps? give me some good news if you can! cheers!
Decided to bypass heater core, install new lower/upper radiator hoses, and flush the coolant system. Was fairly easy minus one of the factory clips on the first hose on the firewall. Need to remove the pin from the heater control valve to eliminate any heat entering the cabin. Only drive the car during the Spring, Summer, and Fall, so really don't need the heat. A/C has never worked on this car.
