I'm new here, just bought a 92' SC300 love the car! it had 3/4 needle burnt out so i thought I would use the DIY how to on the forum. the needles came out great. the problem is no neither the tech or speedo work keep in mind both worked fine before I touched it. any idea's would be great, i'm at a lose.

 

forgot to plug something in.... did you get the two strips at the bottom? they slide in and then you press the plastic tab down to lock them into place.

 

All ribbon cables are in and sucure, I notice when I start the car the tech will move almost like it's stuck. it dose not move freely. does the little spring with the two power pins have to be set in a certan why during the reinstall of the needles? Is there a needle reinstall how to?
