Exclamation Smog Test Fail

Well I went to get my car smogged and as the title says it failed. The technician said it was running to rich on fuel and suggested it was a pretty easy fix. However he didn't tell me exactly where the problem was coming from. I have attached the smog results so you can take a look. Let me know what you think

sounds like ur o2 sensors need replacing, cause they aren't reading well so its dumping alot more fuel in, thinking its lean.

An even better solution would be to move to Oklahoma or Florida where emissions aren't required.

Thanks for your answer Kira but I have no intention of moving to Oklahoma or Florida
