jumper them to your parking lights but then u wont have any signals....actually if u look at the car they took the parking light next to the projector and swapped the voltage between the two...so this way u keep a signal light but your original signals would be on constantly....pretty sick i tihnk i might do this tommorrow hahaha i like it

I just wired them into the City lights and threw on some inline fuses which might be overkill.

....okay i'm really sorry but NONE of that made ANY sense!!! lol

please break it down something proper for a real show stopper?

no really - i've just read both replies and none of them make any sense to me

i'm thinking that they've wired them up so that they do the following:

amber light bulb stays ON at all times, but when you INDICATE the flashes OFF, only to return back to being ON...

as opposed to - light stays OFF at all times, and flashes ON to indicate..

...i would have guessed that they just reverse the wiring that makes them flash on / off and just make them flash "off then on?"

wouldn't it??

also - do you think this would create hyperblink? (i HATE hyperblink!)

scviolence are you actually going to do this tomorrow??

and and and - scviolence i think you're right, they just put the park bulb into the orange condom that's found in the "indicator" section.. which is easy to do

but can your explain the wiring of it please?

also - guys, when answering this PLEASE go easy on me, i'm from australia and we dont GET "city lights" here, we get japanese cars, soooo

we get (from inside outwards):
main projector
park bulb
indicator

do you guys get a different setup to us?

pretty pretty please

i really like this look of the soarer, it presents it to be more "luxurious" and "prestige!"

what i'm NOW thinking of doing...

is just swapping the plugs over.. soooo

have the "parklight" in the hole of the "indicator"

and have the "indicator" where the "park light" hole is..

...although this would make for a very weak indicator i presume.. which is kinda ricey..

..ultimately what i want is what i described in the above rambling.. haha.. by the way - thanks for the FAST responses guys! appreciate that!

city light is the light next to the projector in between the projector and turning light

cut the wires connecting to that light and connect them to the tunring light

get one of those 3 wire sockets.. with a 1157 bulbs i think that is the size.. ( bulb with the double wires on the inside.. and socket for it..) wire the ground then one positive wire from the city lights.. then the other positive wire from your signal.. so it stays on when lights are on.. then get brighter when the signal is on.. it will trigger both wires.. i hope that makes sense..

The city light is the small lightbulb next to the main projector in your housing. There should be 3 bulbs in each headlight housing, 1 is the big main projector, 1 is the turn signal and the last one if the small city light. Here they are known as daytime running lights. When you turn the headlights one you turn it forward once for the city lights and another time for the headlights.

The lights that are lit up in the pics you posted are the cornering lights which turn on when you turn your turn signals on.

Although I know this doesn't answer your question at all :P
