Default 2jzgte r154 after swap issues help

Hey everyone so today I finished my aristo 2jzgte and r154 swap from a auto 92 sc300 everything seems to work fine for the first test drive but I have some problems/concerns please help me even if there is nothing wrong.. please tell me that its wrong or everything is fine. thanks!

here is my setup
aristo 2jzgte
r154
safc- everything @ zero - I'm thinking the safc is messing some things up.
aem uego wideband
3inch exhaust no cats not no thing to the back.
front mount intercooler.

issues/concerns:
#1 - I have a aem uego and i think its reading lean not so sure because i don't know how to read widebands but i have a video of it at idle and reving a little.

#2 - my check engine light turned on after normal driving today going to pick up my brother at work. when I got to his work I look at the engine everything look normal but could not tell so much " it was dark outside" then turned the car back on and check engine light is off has not turned on since and drove home about 5 miles I even pushed it as much as it would go and still no check engine light on.

#3- engine wont let me rev pass 5k rpm sounds like im hitting rev limiter.. it does not feel normal kinda scary someone help me here please.

here is a video of the wideband at idle with some revs

Do you have a bcc installed? Also check your coils for cracks.

Pull your coil packs, take off the rubber portion, and check the coil packs to see if there are any hair line cracks. If there is electrical tape the shaft from top to bottom. Also try searching on the supra forums. For the check engine light, jump the diagnostic port to see if it pulls any codes. Try it when your driving also.
