It's begun

Hi guy Its been a while since I've posted anything on cl but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been on here actually I've been on here a lot researching until my eye's bleed or that at least how I feel. A couple of month ago I finished my wet nitrous kit on my sc400 and used it to great success but after several uses I came across a dilemma and that is running out it real suck specially when you have some punk kid with a srt-4 taking made ****.
so after great debate and a lot of research I've decided that I'm going to ditch the v8 and op for a 1jzgte. There is a massive list of parts involved in swapping in the 1jzgte as I'm sure some of you may know so I figured with winter at my heel I better start chipping away at it right away so I’m ready to go when spring hits. So far I got radiator hoses for a supra tt and motor and trans mounts from Megan racing. I'll be ordering a all aluminum radiator this Thursday along with trans cooler and thermostat. It's not much yet I know I have a long way to go but as long as I'm making any kind of progress I'll be happy:). Any how wish me luck and If you guys have any ? let me know I'm always happy to help. pic of my car below

Good luck Bro. The car looks mighty clean. Post up the list of parts you feel that you'll need and someone will be sure to chime in with some advice.

clay bar wax repeat really goes a long way in making these car's look great. I'm really getting excited about this swap I can't wait to get the 1jz so I can start tearing it all down

Why 30000k on non show car? They are useless.

personal preference no real reason just don't like blue I guess. besides I see just fine going down the road. You wouldn't beleave how many people come up to me and ask if I'm that guy who own's the lexus with gold wheels and purple head lights

my friends call my car barney kind off funny at least I think so. I really dig the green and gold my self and I think when I paint It some kind of green will replace it
