What?? This thread is so confusing, I would rather be hit by a flock of turkeys riding Harley's, drinking some King Cobra 40's while texting on their pink I-Phones...

K. all the SC's near me a stupidly expensive. the ones that i can afford are practically across the country. i dont plan on paying an extra 2 to 3 grand just to ship it here. so im asking how can drive it back without having to worry about being pulled over an having the car taken.

I've always just drove them back with a signed title and signed bill of sale with the date on it. You gotta call your insurance and have them insure it though. Before you drive it home, just call your insurance company with the year/make/modle, color, blah blah, and have them cover it.

You could fly out to get the car and drive it back if it's super far away. I see a lot of people on here do that. Just get a temporary tag if possible and carry all of the paperwork with you while you drive back home.
