Some funny responses. A big head start lol, and "this" with the pic of awesome 2JZGTE.

Like others have said.. it would only take lots of money.

Im just wondering instead of posting and asking you could of just Googled the 2004 911T perf specs and compair those to some of the built SCs on this fourm.

Do your homework man, like this.

2004 Porsche 911 Carrera Turbo Rwd 2dr Coupe 3.6L 6cyl 6M - 345 hp Curb weight 2,920 lb like a 12-12.6 1/4 mi time

Any of these guys will beat the 911

Wanna Beat a Porshe 996TT? Meh, $7,000.

A 420rwhp 7M-GTE powered 1985 MKII Toyota Supra.

http://www.notrice.com/videos/MKIIvs996.mpg

And the 996 had a boost controller, exhaust, and a stand-alone.

Actually he was a really nice guy and was quite impressed with the ole' MKII. He certainly didn't see that coming tho 8-).

I have another video around here somewhere of the MKII beating a Single'd MKIV.

sooo true .. im at 561rwhp na-t and got my a$$ handed to me off the line by a modded e60 m5 yesterday and me mis shifting 2nd to third didnt help the cause .... although hes on tiptronic and me manuel 1st to second i was at his door .. i know from a roll say 40 or 50ish mph it would have been ugly for the m5

that used to be the case 2001-2003 modded to around 550-600 bhp can be had for the 40k range now which is where modded supras used to reside.. i am looking to get one real soon for the delivery in power between 996 and 2jz is completely different .. boostlogic and titan both realized this and have aggressively dived into the aftermarket scene with the 996

No doubt modern Porsche are monsters. But at the end of the day most people young & old think Porsche drivers/owners are yuppie douche bags.
