Default Door Problems

So here's the problem, my passenger door doesn't open from the outside, just from the inside. I looked online and put a door actuator from a junkyard. But I'm trying the replace the actuator for the door, but the bottom screw on the window rail is messed up. I can't twist it cause the previous owner ruined the head. I can't move it to take out the actuator. I was thinking of removing the window so I can pull the window rail out and just break the screw I can't get out and just replacing it. How can I remove the window? Or is there a better way of doing this?

better way of doing it, is just using a ziptie or fix that plastic piece. couple of cents can save you hours and puts more cash in your pocket

+1 or is there enough of a head t grab even the slightest bit? I know when i strip screw heads if u put ur body weight bhind it u can get it to move of there is a product that increases grip by 800x. I'll see if I can get the name of it
