just add some cardboard duct tape and a 3 liter bottle spray painted with nos written on it and you'll gain a good 150hp to 350hp......

 

well the swirling of air is good but adda big metal peice and the fact that the metal is not supper smooth and you endup with alot of restriction wich as everyone else has said will slow the car down. If you put one of those windmill on a stick you see kids with in front of the car that will work to LOL

Dude seriously. Click on the link you posted. Click on anthonydominguez10 feedback number. And read all of the feedback on the POS tornado he sells. That will answer your own question. Anyone dumb enough to buy one of these deserves what they get. It's like a capitalist version of Darwinism.
