I see you're new here and obviously have no clue what the going rate for these are. I paid $8k for my '99 SC400 back in 2009 (same color) and it was a clean title with zero body/mechanical issues.
Here you have one in fair condition at best with a salvaged title asking 8k.
If you get $5k take it and run.
Only 905 were made of Sc400 99" and for that it was worth every penny!! Get long it painted and I love it!!!
