Default Finally made one of these!

Hey everyone, I finally decided to have at it and build me a BFI. I took a plastic saw and cut a big square in the front of the box. Simple as that, and WOW what a difference. It sounds like a new car! I got yelled at to slow down just because I opened up it wide going down a street when little does the "good citizen" know I was still 10mph under the speed limit ATLEAST. The sound and my exhaust must have fooled him. This thing sounds like a whole new animal and I should have pics up tomorrow.

Dont you know when you cut or weld or install something on here thats its mandatory to post pictures? Just wondering. With that being said, where are they? J/K. Glad it made a difference. You know need to make a cover for it and build a ram air type induction under it to allow the most cool air possible.

Here is what the doctor ordered! And a special treat for the lack of pics the first time, a video!!

Now I'm just looking to retrofit some sort of heat sheild...

Sorry for the long link, its the video. Listen for the "suck in" deep sound right upon take off. Enjoy!

Finish it up, make a top plate and direct the cold air to it, it will be even better.
