No it won't
You need to use the followings
IS300 Coils, ds62 ignitor, Aristo ecu or USDM ecu.
or
USDM ecu, tt coils, tt ignitor,tt map sensor, ait sensor and maf sensor.
You can't miss the coils and ignitor setup.

YES, you can use the ds-62 ignitor with any 2jzgte ecu USDM or JDM, you just have to use the is300 coils cause ds62 is a 3 channel ignitor.
I only wrote for the JDM ecu to simplify the diagrams and wiring, and cause most people want to use a map sensor based ecu.
if you want to use the usdm, everything is the same, except you have to wire in the usdm maf and map sensor (for boost cut).
the iat is incorporated into the usdm maf, so you do not need a seperate IAT then. although you have to use a maf, it is good if you want to run 550cc injectors without a piggyback.
I am also advising everyone to stay away from 7mgte cps sensors at first, because they can cause too many issues/variables.
I have not even verified that the 7m cps works on the gte ecu (when i ran it i was on AEM), i am currently using the base of the stock distributor.
I recommend everyone uses the stock distributor, just take off the cap and rotor, fashion a new cap and you are done.

all i am saying is you can miss match different ignitor with different coils.
if you wanna run tt ignitor you will need the coils to go with it.
if you wanna run IS300 coils you will need the IS300 ignitor NOT the TT ignitor

Thanks man, yes that is right you have to match the ignitor to the coils you want to use.
It is possible to use the usdm gte ecu, but its more wiring the usdm runs off a maf and also has a map sensor. you will need to recirculate your BOV with the usdm ecu, or get a VPC or a piggyback to convert to map.
the only real advantage to usdm is getting to use 550cc injectors, but i dont think the maf is worth the tradeoff.
Also, there is some debate about a "lean spot" problem on usdm odb1 ecu's but I dont know a whole lot of details on that one.
If you are on the stock headgasket and pump gas, most will not be needing much more than 440's .

Hey guys i know ive been kinda MIA but ive been livin the terrible, horrible, headache filled life of the GE ECU and SAFC while dealing with my Harmonic Dampener failing on me but ive got that settled now its back to the lab work i just purchased another 2jz map today for a steal $35 from a guy around the corner but thats another story haha i will be buying TT coils from him next week and if anybody needs a DS62 ignitor i have a spare for you i will do a very very good price for the sake of experimentation just make me a offer and shipping will be included. And if anybody wants to trade up i have 550rc injectors for your 440's even trade. I can post pics if need be!!!

Im gonna check here in a second when im off work, Do you know if the tt ignitor and n/a ignitor are much different?
I notice in that guys video he physically cant past 2k rpm... in my car i can FORCE it to go past 4k rpms but it feels like im gonna blow some **** up. Instinctivly i let off at 4k because it falls on its face and starts going crazy. definetly gotta be ignition associated with tht code though.
Alot of other sources indicate a similar problem when using large injectors with no tuning, but it is only a 20% difference. i knew it wasnt gonna run IDEAL but i figured the comp could compensate for 5-20% difference
