looks like it's coming along nicely, i'd definetly like to see some pics when it's finished. funny thing when i seen the very first picture i thought it was like a joke or something lol...

Very nice, I've glassed over foam board before. It's a bit easier to use and less time consuming.

yes sir my first time doing so. awesome results thou that lip is as hard as a rock but still flexing with the bumper.
