Hey everyone, I'm looking to get another 1jz as a backup to build, I was just wondering if anyone on here knew some reputable places that sold them in the Virginia area.

I know that JHot seems to be reputable from many on here, but I would rather just go and see the engine myself before I buy. So if anyone has any info that would be great.

Also, not to make this a WTB thread but if anyone is selling one in VA, DC, MD, send me a message :P

Not sure of anyone locally that imports engines. But, I'm in VA Beach, a little ways out from NoVA.

 

I'm actually in Charlottesville so basically anywhere in Virginia isn't too far out of the way. And I read something about someone getting a 1jz up in Sterling so I'm just trying to get some options.

 

Millennium Motorsports (or Performance...) might have a lead on engine importing. They're based out of Norfolk, about three hours from you. It's about 25 minutes from me.

Note: They're super expensive though.

I just shot out a text to my buddy who's got a hand in everything import in Hampton Roads. I'll let you know if he knows of any other place.

same place i got mine, from the same guy, i PMed you their info, but if you trynna build, i have a block, head, cams, and other misc parts im selling for cheap. i was gonna build but didnt have time.

You're in Cville? Damn. I work in Crozet and I live 20 mins from Wintergreen Resort. Small world. Glad to hear there's afew people in VA.

edit- Just read that SpiderN9NE lives in Waynesboro. This is crazy, I used to feel so alone.

I actually do see a couple SCs in c'ville, but they look stock for the most part, I know there's a 95 in teal mist color and a 93 or 94 red one. I have no idea if they're on here though. And you have to admit that Virginia isn't the best place for me to have one, at least up near NoVa. Cops are douches.
