did you work around your ignition key area? maybe misaligned something?

last resort .. wd40 into ur key hole and bang on the ignition with ur hand and turn key its either going to jar it loose or brake it complete.. ill leave that option up 2 u.

Tow it to a mech to look at. your key barrel could be screwed.

Have you already tried taking that area apart again? This exact same thing happened with my car after putting the dash back together after taking it apart. My steering wheel wasn't locked either, the locking assembly was just not aligned properly and for whatever reason, it made it completely impossible to turn. Took it apart and put it back together and worked perfectly.
