Default noise from right front

My SC 400 has started making a noise from the right front area.
It sounds like it could be tire noise, but it comes and goes. It can only be heard when your take your foot off the gas and coast at any speed above 20mph. If you accelerate it goes away, the closest thing I can think of, on how it sounds is, if you put a shell, like at the beach, to your ear, that is the sound.

does it come under light acceleration? When was the last time your ATF was changed? more than 15,000 miles ago? When my ATF was burnt, I had a vibration that seemed to come from the passenger's side front wheel...

Can you go further w/ you explination?

Farther relates to distance,
further is an idea or concept....

Slight acceleration and the noise goes away, transmission fluid changed 7000 miles ago by dealer. It almost sounds like something is rubbing against a moving part. Brakes work very well, car stops true and straight, does not pull one way or the other when driving, does not make a noise when turning.

Sound very much like worn brake pads but could be worn lower arm bushes as they transmit road noise when the rubber collapses.

Thought about brake pads, but they were replaced at 60k.

Took car into dealer today, they checked brake pads and suspension. Found that right front shock was leaking, did not guarantee though that it is the cause of the noise.

Since I had the driveshaft replaced I have not heard the noise from the right front.
