How badly do you baby your SCXXX?
before i joined CL i loved my SC to death and thought i was the only person who loved the car that much. but after reading about other people and their SC's i see im not alone
so how much do you love your car?

This thread will rock. Hearing all the stories, most will be similar in ways.
But to start off, I think my girlfriend gets jealous sometimes. Whenever i get out either going in the house or store where ever i always double take lookin back. sometimes i even tell my girl to turn around and look. I havent been in this new one really but it was like that in the old and what ive driven the new one i think its worst. I never drive it in the rain or snow, **** most of the winter. If you catch me out in one of them not snow its just because i missed it and decided to take a drive. Theres plenty other things but i dont wanna seem weird.
I dont think my car is a Aston Martin or some exotic. This Coupe has just made me appreciate it alot. Ive only just begun my run with this platform. The one i have now i will not be getting rid of. but plan to add more. Ive always liked Lexus/Toyota. And being that the king of motors(IMHO) will basically drop right in or cars just makes it that much better. I know there are other cars out there better for whatever reason. This one just suits me and thats good enough for me.

aww man i dnt know where to begin, whenever i get near a window where i can see my car i have to look for a good 5 minutes, whever i get out, i stair for a minute or two thinkin about what im gunna do as far far as exterior goes. when i clean, it takes me a whole day, i wipe the whole car down everymorning when the weather is warm, if anyone else ever thought about driving my car id start flipping out..lol i can go on and on

when i floor it or drive fast i rub the dashboard and apologize and say it won't happen again and i'm really sorry.
no but i've done that a few times. ^^ haha
on a serious note, i drive it slow cause i like to think of it as "i treat it right, it will treat me right." plus people like to stare and theres no reason for me to beat on it i know what its capable of and nobody else needs it proven to them. so i drive it nice and slow and rarely get to 3k rpm. washing it makes me happy as well

when i wash my car, it takes me at least 4 hours, and I do it once a week.

My girlfriend hate mine too. She knows who would get chosen if it ever came down to it though , and as for you detailers thats your passion so I completely understand where your coming from
