Moonroof could use a new relay box, and power windows, depending on the issue it could be regulators or the motor. Any more details about the issues?

what do you mean by relay box? when you press the switch, no sound comes out from thhe motor, but power door locks work. are the power door locks and the moonroof controlled by a different circuit?

There's a small dark green box that says sunroof relay on it. I have one for sale along with the motor for $40 if you want. When I replaced that relay box my sunroof started working. This was back on my '92 SC400.

most likely your regulators. open up your door panels and check if the wires are still intact.

could be broken wires in the harness between the door and chassis.

anything else not working? say... cruise, or auto-headlights?
because mine just started doing this, haven't figured it out, yet, either.
If I get time, I'm gonna try to swap out the driver's door harness, see if that fixes it (but I have my doubts it will fix my problem)

The reason I said the harness is because I had this problem on my MR2. Aside from causing the windows and pwr mirrors not to work, it also caused the doors to lock themselves, caused aftermarket alarm to go off randomly, made dome light stay on, and killed the dash clock. When I fixed the harness, it fixed everything.

not trying to thread jack...

i'm having the same problem...smfh
both side windows used to work then slowed down and now they dont work at all... and i have the same problems both windows dont work, and my power side mirrors dont move, and my windows unlock themselves when i have the door open and use anything that takes up power.. and i'm also getting a small buzzing sound from the main switch when i press for the window to go down.. but my sun roof works perfectly

is the harness my problem for sure or is my car on some other ishh???

My 97 sc400 is suffering from the same issues (windows, sunroof, cruise, heated seats, auto headlights, shifter lock) all stopped working at the same time. Even my power steering was affected. If you ever found the root of the problem, please let me know.
