That's the only reason why I would consider them too, but I just see alot of people going nuts over them haha, so I was a bit confused.

i drift my car, so i have curbed my other rims a bit... i dont like to drift on 18s

IS300 wheels may look a little better but they are pretty much worthless from a performance stand point. They are too narrow to fit any real tires on them and they do not clear big brake kits.

My main motivation for buying TT wheels was the fact that they are a bargain from a performance standpoint!

yeah i defineatly don't disagree with anyone from the performance standpoint.

I feel like lexus is lacking in the wheel design department. Euro cars have alot better stock wheel options imo

Yea i got is300 rims on my sc right now i really like how they look but the tt wheels are sweet i mean they dont even look like they are 9.5 wide from a design standpoint. But i would so trade my is300's for tt any day just for performance reasons. Not that my stocker is breaking the wheels loose all the time lol

I think the tt wheels fit a certain design goal. If the owner wants a clean, modded, performance based rim then who cares?


They are not universally ugly.
