Default Help car running rough...

Friday morning I decided to drive my 94 SC since I didnt have any kids to take to school. I drove it about 4 miles and all of sudden it was like my power dropped and the engine was muffled and the car was hesitating. Sorry not a mechanic so the descriptions probably are lacking. I pulled into my office parking lot throw it in neutral and the engine revs up fine so thinking maybe it was my transmission finally going (205k mi). I only live a few miles from the office so I figure I will limp it home. On the way home its hesitating and I can get it up to 60 buy it takes a long time and its like driving a pinto on 2 cyl... WHen I get home I back it in the driveway throw it into neutral and when I rev its now hesitating. Im hoping its something simple like plug wires.

I would appreciate any ideas / thoughts!!!

Always start by cleaning the MAF.

I kinda have the same problem but when I get on it in 5th there's this big rumbling and it also hesitates and is a little jerky when cruising in any gear. A lot of people told me it was the MAF as well.
