It doesn't fit right, and doesn't really flow with anything color-wise or style-wise. Idk, just looks like it doesn't belong. At all. But props for creativity.
EDIT: It would probably look 10x better if you re-made the housing to fit flush, fill in the gap where the lid button used to be, then sand it smooth and paint it instead of using vinyl.

alot of mixed opinions i see. thats cool. the reason i didnt paint it is because i didnt want it to end up gettin all scratched up. i agree about filling the ashtray cover gap. this was somethin i made in 45 minutes though. so itll serve the purpose for now i guess.
