Just as the title states.

Where is the cheapest place to get the grille screen material.

I'd prefer black in color and need 2.5' X 1'

Also how do I attach it to the opening in the front bumper?

watch out what material you get I had a friend go threw his ricer stage and he went with the stuff on ebay, thats just painted on and in no time it started to chip. Later on put an intercooler in to replace it(Eclipse GS-T)

Do you mean like chicken wire? home depot has it and paint them whatever color you feel like....that particular day.

if you only need small suff like maybe 24x6 you can get it at the hardware store . they use it to cover roof gutters to stop leaves . it's about 2.00. or you can buy a roll .

Hmmmm then I can't tell you where man, try other hardware stores (ace or lowes). Not sure how you could attach it never used mesh grille before....maybe staples (small one that doesn't pierce through) or crap load of silicon around the edges. Good luck....with the project and also be prepare to be flamed by many on CL with your already controversial front bumper.
