Question Help: Problem w/ Low-Beam HID Headlights - Won't Turn On!

Hi, I have a SC400 w/ aftermarket HID's installed. Last night, I parked the car at a restaurant with the headlight switch set to the automatic mode. I turned the car off and went inside to eat dinner. Afterwards, I turned the car on and the headlights turned on for about half a second to a second... afterwards, they died and would not come back on. All my other lights still worked fine including my high-beams. The low-beams will not turn back on. I checked the fuses behind the battery and they were all fine. I can hear the "HEAD" relay click everytime I take out one of the "HEAD" fuses... not sure how to check if the relay still works or if that's the right relay for the low-beams.

Anyone have any advice for me on what this problem could be? Thanks.

The bulb is burnt out?? How long have you had them

yeah,need some info...new/used,35/55 Watt....if they both turned off it sounds like a short somewhere...I would say the fuse first but,you said it was fine...could be the factory relay..it's not your bulbs cause they wouldn't both burn out at the same time....
