I just bought a SC300 a couple of weeks ago. All I can say is that I love the car!!! Only bad thing is after I got it home I realized it is missing the spare tire!! I guess I just didn't check it before I bought it...no big deal. Anyways...it looks like there is room in the trunk for a full size spare ...is that true? Either way what rim/tire can be used for a spare on this car? I had heard that the bolt pattern is the same as some Fords. Is there a Ford rim that I can find to use as a spare? Thanks for any help.

Congrats! Any 5 lug import rim will fit(Nissan, Honda, Acura, etc.) I use the
19' Infiniti G35 rim for my spare and it fits in the spare tire area in my trunk with no issues, and it also clears my Brembo brakes!

I believe the standard spare that came with the SC's (at least with my '95) was a full-size 16" steelie.
