Where to hide electronic toll pass?
I recently acquired a electronic toll pass to cross the bridges. It's an unsightly cream-colored box with a purple and green (!) 'FasTrak' written in large letters. I'm not very fond of this object and would like to conceal it somewhere in the SC; I thought about sticking it in the moonroof cover or in the back shelf. Any other tricky areas to hide this hideous box?

And yes, I am in NorCal. I commute to Davis and S.F. via Bay Bridge, and will soon start using the Benicia Bridge. I'm tired of lining up and waiting 15-60 mins. to pay $4. I swear, some people count pennies...

Btw, how fast can one go through the toll and still have the device detected? On the Wikipedia page for Fastrak, it says speeds up to 70 mph, but I have never seen anyone charge through the toll lane at that speed.

you can get a small dash mat and stick it on that, keep it out when you need to use it and stash it away if you are going to a show or something, just a way to have it not cemented to the windshield

Actually I use my moonroof almost daily, so I'm not sure how it would hold up. There's a thread on the Prelude forums where one disassembles the entire unit and hides it in the speedometer, found here. Might give it a try.
