Lowered to about a finger gap all-around.

I'm guessing the offsets are mid 30's for the fronts and mid 40's for the rear, haven't had time to get exact measurements; CCW doesn't offer these specs.
so let me get this straight, you have 18's on the front and 17's in the rear?

Correct, it seems odd, but it's for a larger sidewall. Down the road I will be picking up a set of 15" for track use.

A brand new set with tires will run about $3200 - $3400 shipped, used are around $2500 - $2800. They show up here and there; here's a recent set of the "race version", these offsets should be okay, since the tires are a bit stretched.

im just totally in love with those ccw classics. they are meant to be with the sc!

i love the silver sc from newyorksc ( https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...300-sc400.html )with the ccw's.

what i dont understand about the offset and all ist that on ccw website you can also say how big the lip should be!? doenst the lip size solely depends on how wide + offsize the wheels are?

if i order them i want them with the biggest lip possible of course and 35 low profile tyres without having to widen the body so im not sure what sizes to order at this point

CCW doesn't offer offsets as their wheels are made as they are ordered. Since each set is technically custom they don't advertise offsets, many companies don't. Backspacing is used more often to not. Due to the design of the centers of their three piece wheel you will not get very much lip for the Supra/SC fitment.

ok so if i would want to order the exact same wheels & dimensions as that silver sc has id tell them width and diameter. Then Offset and lipsize will follow automaticly?

thanks

You will have to measure your desired backspacing. Since the owner of that car you speak of has posted the offsets it will help when placing an order. Tell them those wheel dimensions and offset, CCW will take care of calculating the backspacing from there.

Lip size will vary with offset and wheel width, as far as I know CCW only offers a single disk type on the Classics. When ordering make sure you list the bolt pattern (5 x 114.3) and hub diameter (60.1mm), I'm sure they will have those specs but it never hurts to readily have that information available.

^, what version of CCW's are you looking for?
After speaking with CCW, the LM-20's generally have .5 inch more lip over the Classics when comparing the same width wheels. If you look closely, the LM series use a step lip; therefore an 18" wheel uses the same center from a 17" I believe. Please someone correct me otherwise.

What does this mean to you? Using this method decreases the amount of room you'll have along the inside diameter to clear big brakes if you so choose to upgrade later.

I almost pulled the trigger on either LM5's or LM20's and happened to find my way to reading up on the wheel design. To make it short, I ended up going with Classics.
