If you run reclinables, you can still use the stock seatbelt. It gets awkward if you try to use them with buckets, but it can work. You won't pass track tech but for the street... eh.
I use long strap harnesses anchored to the rear seat buckle locations.

As for price for seats, I take it you havn't been on ebay lately? You can pick up a set of jdm recaros from Evos, STi's, Accords, Civics/Integras and Silvias for less than 799 shipped. And thats a pair

NRG harness bar. I got it through my shop discount, pretty cheap. Depend on my mood, I either buckle up the OEM belt, or do the 4-point. Bride seats on Buddy Club mounts. Sits kinda low so I might switch to Sparco tall seat mount.

I plan on getting the wedge brackets and Sparco R100's....they are very affordable at $660 for the pair and are reclinable...

Does anyone have any input on if the MK4 sparco harness bar fits in the SC.....It seems like a better option as people still would be able to sit in the back
