Those look great! I need some LED's since my tails are blacked out. My tails looked terrible in the sunlight even when they were stock though.

Love the look. Going to do it on my sc '92. I was thinking of doing a sequential turn signal similar to this one that I found.

Just need a little help making sense of this wiring diagram. If you can help explain it to make it a little clearer. I guess it would also help if I did it by trial and error.

It's been over 2 years now and everything still works so I'm happy No plans to change, although the sequential idea does have me thinking

If it were me, I would buy a ready made sequencing module and adapt it to your project. You could follow that wiring diagram exactly, but I don't have any formal training with this stuff, It's like cooking, you follow the recipe and it should turn out ok, but if it doesn't I have no idea why, or how to fix it. It looks like that circuit doesn't use a flasher, it's all done with that 555 timer. I had an aftermarket kit once, it still used a flasher, just a slower rate one. Each time power was applied the timer would sequence once. So with the brake lights you got one "cycle" and with the turn signals it was repeated because the flasher would cut the power, and then when it came back on you got one cycle again. The kit I had came from here http://www.sequentialtaillights.com/ Here is another option http://www.webelectricproducts.com/ I'm not sure what you have in mind but maybe that will help you.

Guys, since I can't seem to sell the car as is, I wanted to see if anyone here has any interest in buying these tails. There was a lot of interest when I built them, they are still working perfectly, and in great shape, car is always garaged.

Yes. I had it listed a few times. I dropped the price each time, and right now my price is lower than some of the initial offers I received. I guess my timing is no good.

That's a fine car, I'd buy it if I wasn't up to my eyeballs with cars!

How much would you charge to convert a set of 92 taillights to led?
