Got my new SC300, 72000 miles, 1995, black on black! Traded in my 92 gold sc400 with 90,000 on it. Heres some pics.

She beautiful isn't she?
Now I have a 300, I can turbo it (didnt say I would, but that i could )

Seems alot quicker off the line, but 2nd/3rd gear is slow as mollases compared to the 400. Also some interesting observations.
1) Steering is looser and not as stiff (not sure if this is good or bad)
2) the brakes are powerful as HELL, I tap on them and I come screeching, is it because the 300 is less weight, or because the brakes were upgraded?
3) the doors and trunk in my 400 were heavy as HELL, now there alot lighter.

Oh and sorry bean, looks like you'll have to find a new buyer for your 300zx.

Sweet ride!! I love black on black cars! CF trim would look pimp in there! Johnny's right, you gotta put limo tint all the way around ASAP. Paint looks very clean too.

ur brakes are great? i thougth my brakes were kinda weak

 

The brake and doors he's experiencing may just be because he just upgraded to a newer car with probably better lubricated joints and tightened brake pedal.

 

Doh complaining about the weight of your trunk lid. I have to use 2 arms to lift my LS trunk lid (removed tension bars and used 5 layers of Dynomat Extreeme) and I am a strong guy.

car looks awsome...turbo power is calling you.......i love the black on black almost as much as silver on black.... good choice...let me know when your ready for the turbo questions.....
how much did you get for the sc400 and how much was the sc300?

 

I really like the interior. Kind of makes me regret I got a tan interior. But then again, during summer I won't burn my a$$. Good choice! Car looks good. Just get some good rims and nice racing tires and viola! As soon as we get nice... stable weather here in Chicago I am getting the rims.

yeah black on black and black on silver is the best combo by far... too bad when the black leather breaks in it looks really ug
