how rare are black 97 sc300s with blk interior and 5speeeed???
just wondering how rare is a 97 black sc300 with black interior and 5 speed

5 speed sc300 are pretty rare, and they're either kept in real good shape that owners wna keep them or they're abused with really high miles and ripped interior
Black on Black are common, but if you're looking to buy one i dont think you'll have much luck, I live in LA and i've been looking for a stick SC and for almost 4 months i couldnt find a clean 5speed one, so i end up buying a pretty clean white sc400 with only 95k miles

As far as black on black 5sp's...it's rare enough to find a factory black on black SC and then for it to be a 5sp, I'd say it's pretty rare (but what do I know since I have the rarest of them all, a 92 DWP SC400)

I hear people say there are 50 97 blk/blk 5-speeds but when you consider the fact that there were only 120 manuals produced in 1997, I think it has to be closer to 25-30...

DrakeMK3 Yeah, yours is a red exterior though.
still not very common to see a black interior 5 spd, i know there is less then 300 95 black interior 5spds, alot compared to 97 but still pretty rare..my roomate has a full black interior 97 RSP.. it's automatic though, so i'd imagine a 97 RSP with black interior 5 spd would be crazy rare.

1/50 97 blk/blk 5 speed checking in! 
It is rare man trust me. It took me over 6 months to find one. And it was pure luck. Previous owner was about to trade it in.. Good luck in finding one man!
