Sounds like too many problems, your going to spend more money on getting everything fixed to good condition. Just keep looking for one in good condition.

I wanted to hear my fellow Lexus owners opinions. i Accually got it down to 2000 dollares from the guy but he wants an extra 200 dollares for a New OEM radiator fan shroud and thermostat plus a New Koyo aluminum radiator..is it worth it?

i would for a grand less..... would not pay more than 1500 for it. if not, pass it up and get something in better condition. You may be thinking this is a good deal but after you fix the little things and get it to good condition like you want it, you would have spent a lot more than buying a really good condition one these days and probably a 97+

You didn't need to buy a beater just to join the forum -- you could have joined without it.

Guess it is too late now, but you'll very probably kick yourself later for not having waited a month or two to buy a better example.
