I just done mine tonight, no need for a video, just bring a 12mm wrench and undo the tops and bottoms. The replacement set had new nipples included and were 7/16", hardest part of the job was my wife having to hold up the hood! Also rounded it out by doing the trunk struts too, same process but the bottoms have a clip holding them on, get a good flat blade screwdriver and pop them off. The tops were the same as the hood, unscrew old one, screw in new ones and pop the strut on ... done!

I thought it was an 11mm crescent wrench that was needed for the OEM struts. 12mm is what most replacement aftermarket struts take.

theyre just a pain to get out without stripping.

its larger than 11 and quite possibly barely smaller than 12
