Exclamation Working on my Foglights (Cornering Lamps)

Alrighty guys, project number two, turning my cornering lamps into HID foglights. Simple enough, im gonna hack the back half of some Hibeam housings i have sitting around off and stick them onto the fog housings, then shove a 9005 8000K hid in the hole

Here are some pics showing the now nasty paint that covered the lamps:

BOY are these housings a PUNK to open up....i distorted the hell out of one of the housings, but the lens was fine so its all cool.

oh ok. Are you planning to deline? Paint the housing black and sand off all the black on the cover? That would looks sexy. You could always retrofit some in there, but I think that may be too many projectors and kinda look rice ish

No, i dont think im going to deline, if i keep them lined they will match the lined turn signals and give it some flow. Yep i will be sanding the black paint off the lense and painting the inner housings black like the headlights.

OH WOW. I didnt know you have blacked out with a black car too!

i only saw the vid and assumed you have regular ones.

i really like those actually, if i had enough guts to do something like that, i would have done it (except leave the reverse part white).

keep those then! haha.
