Default 92 Bumper questions

I tried to search, i couldnt find anything\ didnt know for sure what to search for.

first is the front lip. it has like.. a CRACK or something, you can see in the picture, and the bottom is like.. cracked too. how would i go on fixing this?

second is in the lip..there is this weird bracket thing, its on both sides.

pics don't work mini!

Either you would have to sell the lip and buy a new one, or you could fix it your self by using some bondo so fill in the crack and repaint the whole lip black. Can you fix the pics please?

Pics work now!

Lips are usually hard to come by, not many dismantlers carry them and the dealerships want an arm and a leg for them. Bondo and paint will do the job.

As for the brackets, I have no clue, I've also been curious to what their function is.

I took the bracket off, didnt effect anything...they look like some sort of stiffener, must not have been doing a good job of it.

Thanks suislide.

not about the bumper, but i took off the wheel caps on my oem wheels i think the rims came off the 95-96 years. i took them off to change the 'L' logo on them from gold to black and put them back on. i noticed that there is a little clicking noise coming from one of the wheels. how can i fix this?
