hey does anyone know how to replace moonroof on the sc 400 i got one from junkyard glass and rack mines was cracked u can email me at trueskater2008@aol.com

 

Hey welcome to the club. Before posting a thread I would stop and think about what I am going to ask on a public forum. Search to see if its been discussed before by using the search feature. Still cant find the answer to your question? Then go ahead and post.



Replacing the glass is probably the easiest thing I know how to do on an SC.
~Remove the two plastic covers (labeled RED). Be easy because the clips are old and brittle.
~Once you remove those two you should be able to see 2 gold nuts (or 3 depending on what year you have).
~Remove the 2 nuts on each side and push the glass up.

Once you have the glass out remember not to lose any of the silver metal spacers. Good luck.
