ok guys help me out here, I just bought a 92 sc300 today and I'm having problem...on my way home from picking up the car I stop for gas, I use shell pump 91 and after that I hit some bumping road for about a mile range the after that my car started acting weird, I had my foot on the gas but all of a sudden speed went down then went back up, it did that three times on my way home. Then when I got home I shut the car off n try to start it and nothing, I have power but car don't crank, check all fuse, I check all ground, I check all connect but still nothing... Some info on the car if that'll help, 5spd conversion, car been sitting for about 2yrs, car have about 191156 miles on engine...I'm new to SC world do any info will be great, if more info help please ask me, thanks

 

maybe a loose ground?? i would trace it starting from the battery and go from there

 

I'll double check the grounds tomorrow

 

Got the car to star, it was the starter relay but the car is still acting weird, I put my feet on the gas and the rpm will just drop down and then it'll jerk back up...I'm hearing some whistling noise from the clutch and some chattering noise from the clutch then when I step on the clutch the noise goes away...do you think it's the clutch?

 

I'm sort of having the same problem. My car has power but would't crank. this happen after when someone cut me off and i had to stomped on brakes.

So did u change the starter relay?
is it in the fuse box under the hood?
