Default I need a little badging help.

So i went to open my trunk and my sc300 badge was halfway off the car. Now i could try putting the badge back where it was but i think the badge looks better opposite of the lexus logo, like the newer model scs.

Firstly how do i align the badge correctly? Any templates? or do i have to do it my eye sight?
Second, what kind of glue do i use?
Third how do i cover up the current holes? Do i just put bondo over the holes?
Fourth, if someone wants to badge my car and cover the holes for me. I sure would appropriate it

You should be able to do a decent job just eyeballing it. And for adhesive, I think most people use silicone, but someone may want to correct me. For the holes, you could bondo and paint over them, or you could get little plugs that people use to cover holes from front plates.

Use 3M double sided tape to put the badge back on. It's a red backing and grey adhesive. You can find it at any store like wal mart or autozone, etc....

Reyno, use industrial strength 3m double sided tape. Cut small pieces and stick it on. Eyeball it, shouldn't be too hard and that tape will hold like a mother...! gl

They sell an actual emblem adhesive at most parts stores. I think I've even see it at walmart in the section with the spray paints.

A trick I also used was to set a line with blue painters tape as an edge. When ur done its low stick and wont harm the paint but you can get a good visual for straightness of the line.
